These terms govern your use of Purrfect Stickers. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

What Purrfect Stickers Does

Purrfect Stickers uses AI to turn photos of your cat into stylised stickers. You upload a photo, choose an art style, and the app generates custom stickers you can save and share.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Purrfect Stickers. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Your Content

Photos You Upload

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of generating stickers. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

Generated Stickers

Stickers generated by the AI are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share them freely in messaging apps and social media. You may not commercially redistribute or resell generated stickers.

Content Requirements

The app is designed for cat photos. Our AI validates uploaded photos to ensure they contain a cat and are appropriate. We reserve the right to reject or remove content that violates our guidelines, including NSFW content or photos that do not contain a cat.

Usage Limits

To ensure fair access for all users:

• Free accounts: 5 stickers per day, 2 cats maximum, 3 art styles
• Premium accounts: 50 stickers per day, 7 cats maximum, all 17 styles, 10 animated GIFs per day
• Limits reset at midnight local time

We reserve the right to adjust these limits and to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions

• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends
• Manage or cancel in your device's App Store subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard policies
• Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is limited to one trial per Apple ID

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings > Delete Account). You can also request deletion by contacting support@purrfectstickers.com. For more details, visit our account deletion page.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls
• Use the app in ways that damage, disable, or overload our backend systems
• Reverse-engineer or modify the app to circumvent restrictions
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Upload photos of people or non-cat animals for sticker generation
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

Purrfect Stickers and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Purrfect Stickers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated stickers are provided for your personal use and may not be commercially redistributed.

Limitation of Liability

Purrfect Stickers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Purrfect Stickers and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Purrfect Stickers is operated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
