Is the app free?

Yes. Purrfect Stickers is free to download and use. The free tier includes 5 stickers per day, 2 cats, and 3 art styles. Premium unlocks 50 stickers per day, 7 cats, all 17 styles, animated GIFs, and watermark-free exports.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Purrfect Stickers, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. You can also manage your subscription from within the app in Settings > Manage Subscription.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Go to Settings > Restore Purchases in the app. This will check your Apple ID for any active subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data including your cat profiles, photos, and stickers. You can also email us at support@purrfectstickers.com to request deletion. Learn more.

What happens to my photos?

Your cat photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage and used only to generate stickers. They are never shared for marketing. When you delete your account, all photos are deleted immediately.

Do I need an account?

No. The app works in guest mode without an account. Creating an account lets you sync your stickers and cats across devices.

Can I use stickers in iMessage?

Yes! Purrfect Stickers includes an iMessage extension. Your generated stickers appear directly in the iMessage app drawer so you can send them in conversations.

Why was my photo rejected?

Our AI validates that uploaded photos contain a cat and are appropriate. Make sure your photo clearly shows a cat. Photos of other animals, people, or NSFW content will be rejected.
