Account deletion is permanent. This action cannot be undone. All your data — including your account, cat profiles, uploaded photos, generated stickers, and preferences — will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account
1 Delete from within the app (recommended)
- Open Purrfect Stickers on your device
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.
2 Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, send an email to support@purrfectstickers.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Delete My Account" in the subject line.
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 48 hours.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account credentials and profile
- All cat profiles and uploaded cat photos
- All generated stickers
- Cat traits (AI-extracted visual descriptions)
- Subscription records (note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through App Store Settings to stop billing)
- Usage data and preferences
What Does NOT Get Deleted
- Active App Store subscriptions — You must cancel your subscription separately in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions before or after deleting your account. Apple manages billing independently.
- Stickers you already shared — Stickers sent in messages or saved to other apps cannot be recalled.
- Anonymised analytics — Aggregated, non-identifiable usage data is retained up to 90 days.
After Deletion
Once your account is deleted, you can continue using Purrfect Stickers as a guest. If you want to use account features again, you can create a new account at any time — but your previous cats and stickers will not be recoverable.
